Just for the day, we did a little hiking in Glendolough. It was a bit like the Lake’s District in England: lakes and mountains. Joe liked to inform me how the valley was such a good example of a glacial formation each time we climbed a bit higher and came across a better view of said valley. I do enjoy his geology rants though.
